One of my greatest joys is bringing the gift of music to those who are living in senior communities. Whether I’m singing, playing guitar, and/or piano, I love connecting with people through the music that is familiar to them. Residents are always eager to share their fond memories associated with a song I’ve played, which is one of the best parts of the job. One of the things that sets me apart from other musicians is that I cater my performance to meet the specific needs of each environment. For example, the needs of individuals in a memory care ward often differ greatly from an independent retirement facility.
